JOB DESCRIPTION:
• This position is direct supervising utility technician and third party (contract service) and will report to Engineering Manager
• Engineering Team Leader must work closely with the Engineering Manager in achieving company targets.
• Engineering Team Leader key focus area are WEB maintenance, Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Air
conditioning & cooling unit in office and plant with main KPI to maintain & improve production process efficiency with low machinery down time. repair & maintenance cost, project supporting. safety & GMP. planning & realization and also people development
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree (fresh graduate) from electrical mechanical or instrument engineenng
• Having AC & cooling unit experiences is preferable.
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work cross functionally manage diverse group and Influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives
• Interpersonal skills

Engineering Purchaser

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Engineering Purchaser will support Production department for material & supplies request, Engineering department for spare part & machinery equipment request GA & HSE department for quality and safety equipment and all department for office supplies.
• Engineering Purchaser must work closely with the Engineering Manager in achieving KPI targets
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree (fresh graduate) from engineering background. electrical or mechanical or industrial engineering.
