PT Indo Kordsa Tbk currently looking candidates for below position:
Production Engineer (Code : PE)
Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
• Identify production area related to safety issue and coordinate with safety department to provide appropriate safety equipment and repair production area condition
• Analyze root cause of productivity and quality problem that occurred or can occur
• Do corrective action to solve / anticipate quality and productivity problem
• Cooperate with planning and maintenance department to reduce machine down time in order to achieve production target
• Cooperate with technical and lab department to solve quality problem
• Make NCR (Notification Complain Report) to yarn production related to raw material quality
• Coordinate with all shift supervisor to ensure the production process running well
• Do coaching and counselling to subordinates to enhance skill and attitude in order to achieve the target
• Organize control stock related to yarn raw material and twisted cord production result
• Organize continuous improvement in twisting production department
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, from reputable university, Local or Abroad, GPA min. 2,75
• Has experience in manufacture production / process
• Has excellent English skill, both oral and written
• Have the ability as production engineer
