General Affair Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in same field.
• Male, Maximum 33 years old.
• Having knowledge about car, KIR, STNK, BPKB and dealing with POLDA or Goverment.
• Good communication skill.
• Willingness to be placed at Bintaro.
• Required language(s): English.
Formalities Officer
Banten
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate company legal issues between cooperate team and local agency.
• Manage all visa and work permit matters for expatriate staff including obtaining valid visas and work permits, KITAS, tracking and managing renewals and extension of visas and also ensure sufficient documents are prepared in order to grant the visa and work permit in allocated timeframe.
• Maintain an understanding of correct local immigration policies and procedures regarding the granting of visa and/or work permits.
• Manage custom registration, fuel storage permits and other government required approvals.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and writing English language.
• Having excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge experience in using MS-Office (Excel, Word, outlook, PowerPoint, Access, etc).
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
