INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Work closely and collaborate with SCG Internal Audit Office (Thailand) and coordinate with Internal Audit staff in SCG Companies in Indonesia in the development and execution of annual internal audit plan. including budget and resource planning
• Perform professional internal auditing work for the companies/operations in Indonesia and corporate, Work involves planning. managing and performing operational, financial, and compliance audit projects
• Assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of controls, identifying ineffective practices. recommending measures for improvements
• Monitoring the compliance in accordance with SCG Internal Audit Guideline. Indonesia laws and regulations and business practices
• Develop and execute on all components of the audit cycle for business process and IT audits, including: planning. fieldwork. reporting and follow up. In the area of IT audits, he/she will support SCG Internal Audit — IT (Thailand) to perform the tasks as needed.
• Providing consulting services to the business and company's Internal Audit
• Providing key input to development of the risk assessment. audit universe and Indonesia operations audit plan
• Perform work in accordance with appropriate quality assurance and professional standards
• Assist with developing and delivery of Internal Audit related training, best practices and communications
• Attend training and development programs
Qualifications:
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Bachelors degree or higher in accounting or related field from an accredited college or university
• Full time experience in auditing and/or accounting is preferred
• Audit experience preferred in manufacturing firms as well as knowledge on Indonesia laws and regulations,
accounting standard or IT (especially SAP or local IT system) is an advantage
• Certification as a CIA or CPA or other applicable certification is a plus
• Strong analytical. problem-solving and reporting skills Demonstrate ability to collect and analyze data. evaluate information and systems, and draw logical conclusions
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage and meet deadlines
• Prefer to have good communication in English Communication in Thai is an advantage
• Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communications including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations . Excellent interpersonal skills ability to collaborate. influence and network
• willing to travel to all SCG operations in Indonesia able to travel and join Regional Internal Audit Team in some audit projects in ASEAN SCG operations
