Site General Affair Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspect of field service activities including Site Human Resources, Government & Community Relation, General Support, Security, Camp Operation.
Qualification:
- Min Bachelor Degree
- Min 7 year experiences in handling project or site with monitoring around 400 employees
- Strong leadership, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill, hard worker and having capability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be located in Site Project
- Willing to be hired on Contract Based
External Affair Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide preliminary assessment of Security and Socioeconomic issues for new project
- Review site socioeconomic report (monthly, accidental)
- Develop socioeconomic Action Plan for project prior to project execution
- Coordinate with project organization to smoothen Socioeconomic Action Plan implementation
- Ensure no disruption of project activities due to law and regulatory aspects & community issues
- Develop and maintain relationship to key external stakeholders
- Min Bachelor Degree in Law
- Min 7 year experience in External Relation on Oil & Gas Project, and or Mining Project.
- Having networking with ESDM, PU, Perindustrian, K3S, SKK Migas, related association or other related government office.
- Familiar with related Regulation and community issues as well in any place of Indonesia.
- Willing to be located in Site Project
- Willing to be hired on Contract Based.
