HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Responsibility:
• To perform matrix assignments in Human Capital Development function of the company and deliver the result on time. The assignment will consist of recruitment, training, employee relations and compensation & benefit (to some extend)
• To perform continuous improvements and other assigned projects as needed improve productivity and efficiency of Human Capital Development function.
Requirement:
• Desired Skills, Experience and Personality:
• Maximum age is 26 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) in any major, preferably majoring in Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering
• Maximum 3 years working experience in HR related jobs.
• Entry level is encouraged to apply
• Having capability to do continuous improvement
• Ability to build d maintain collaboration with colleagues and other employees
• Excellent command of English
LEGAL STAFF
Responsibility:
• Handle licensing in-charge to make sure license is always updated
• Conduct research on new regulations related to company’s entities to make sure all documents and operational activities are compliant
• Maintain good relationship with government office
• Review agreement with difficulty level from low to moderate
• Coordinate with regional head office regarding legal matter
Requirement:
• Desired Skills, Experience and Personality:
• A bachelor’s degree (S1) in law
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Deep knowledge in Indonesian law
• Able to work with minimum supervision
