PIPE WELDING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in welding and cutting of products and pipe structures
• Applying knowledge of welding and cutting techniques, materials, and equipment, and fabrication requirements
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine need for supplies and sequence of operations required.
• Requisitions supplies, such as weld rods, gas, flux, and fixtures.
• Inspects work or confers with WELDING INSPECTOR to maintain specified standards and quality.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment.
• May set up machines or make trial welds to make test runs and experimental products.
• May supervise brazing and soldering operations.
• Important variations include location of workers supervised, such as in-plant, shop, construction site
Requirements:
• Male Max. 40 Years old.
• Diploma / University Degree
• Min. 5 Year Experience in Steel Fabrication Company.
• Good understanding with international standard of raw materials such as ASTM, AS, EN, etc.
• Good understanding international welding codes / standards like AWS code, ASME, etc.
• Understanding NDE and procedures.
• Understanding quality principle, standards and processes.
• Good in English proficiency both verbal & written.
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
• Able to work in a Team.
STRUCTURAL WELDING SUPERVISOR

PIPING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in installing and maintaining piping systems of ships: Inspects installation of equipment, such as lockers, heating and air-conditioning units, and lavatory facilities to ensure standard requirement.
• Verifies dimensions of pipes, fittings, and valves, using micrometers, rulers, and levels.
Requirements:
• Male Max. 40 Years old.
• Diploma / University Degree
• Experience for inspection of material traceability, construction, dimensional control and welding;
• Good knowledge of structural construction practices
• Good Knowledge of NDT;
• Good knowledge of welding for high thickness steel, heat straightening, post weld heat treatment;
• Understanding of detail design and shop drawings;
• Experience in fabrication of similar items;
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
• Able to work in a Team.
STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Prepares and monitors structural fabrication activities
• Ensure the progress and quality of the construction work an optimized and efficient
• Ensure that all construction activities related to his/her discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives

WELDING INSPECTOR
Responsibilities:
• Report progress status to the line and function reporting lines on a daily basis
• Maintain and develop current awareness of relevant engineering technology & codes and standards
• Liaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel and contractors and subcontractors
• Carry out the specific Quality Surveillance activities as detailed in the Project Quality Surveillance Plan Procedure
• Monitor fabrication inspection and tests as necessary, prior to assembly, during assembly, welding and after welding to verify that materials, consumables and workmanship meet the requirements of the project specifications, standards and procedures
• Verify that all welding activities are performed in accordance with project requirements
• Review of NDE records including radiographsEvaluates new developments in welding field for possible
Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Experience in the fabrication of modules and major construction
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 quality system requirements and implementation.
• Demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes of International standards such as AWS,ISO, ASNT, NACE, API, ASME, in the discipline of their expertise
• Be certified as CSWIP 3.1.
QA/QC COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
• Have multi-discipline experience including examination of pressure vessel, welding, NDT certification
• Monitor the project work activities to satisfy the requirement of company quality objectives
• Perform and/or arrange inspection and testing in accordance with the applicable inspection and test plan
• Ensuring the relevant quality records are completed and submitted for inclusion in the quality records
• Coordinate the activities of NDT Supervisor, QC Welding Supervisor, Painting Supervisor
• Implementation and maintain the project document control procedures
Requirements:
• Male Max. 40 Years old.
• Diploma / University Degree
• Ability to read engineering and construction drawings
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the fabrication of modules and major construction

Responsibilities:
• Provide full secretarial and admin support to project management team
• Prepare and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties
• Manage and ensure that all meetings are timely arranged
• To assist project administration and client coordination
• Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information
• Any other duties as may be required by the company
Requirements:
• Female
• Hold Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring Management from reputable university
• Having at least2 years experience as Project Secretary
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written is must
