 Production Engineering Staff (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:
• Control vacuum forming for mold & die
• Maintain mold & die
• Improve mold & die
• Control machines
• Maintain & trouble shoot machines
• Improve machines
• Make drawings using 3D software to improve mold & die and also machines

Quality Control Staff

Responsibilities:
• Control the defect of daily achievement
• Analyze & take action about the defect condition
• Control the loss cost of daily achievement
• Analyze & take action due to the department's loss cost
• Report to the Section Chief and/or Management
• Kaizen activity
• Make or modify the requirements needed for quality standard
