Responsibilities:
• Developing human resources in our company
• Manage and maintenance job analysis, work load analysis, work competence, performance management, and training management

Requirements:
• Female
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology or Management
• Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources Management (HR)
• Fluent in english both active and passive
• Willing to be stationed in Pasuruan - Jawa Timur
• Have ability in Job analysis, Work load analysis, Work competence, Performance management, Training management
