Equipment Manager - Flextronics Technology Indonesia


Responsibilities:
  • Direct activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting. repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations.
  • Administer safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.

Test Engineering Manager - Flextronics Technology Indonesia


    Responsibilities:
    • Direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.
    • Interface and confider with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system main functions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.
    • Maintain awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and the most effective testing strategy selected and agreed.

    Program Manager - Flextronics Technology Indonesia


      Responsibilities:
      • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments mode relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
      • Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
      • Coordinate program activities with activities from governmental regulatory or other governmental agencies. 

      Requirements:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
      • Minimum 7 years related working experience in a similar manufacturing environment
      • Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral is essential.
      • Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.

      Equipment Maintenance Engineer - Flextronics Technology Indonesia


        Job Summary:
        • Mechanical: Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems; and production machines and equipment.
        • Electrical: Maintain and troubleshoot in circuit and functional testers, associated test fixtures, stress chambers and chamber racks to ensure manufacturing  test equipment it on - line.

        Responsibilities:
        • Identify machine malfunctions and isolate the failure mechanism through troubleshooting.
        • Repair the failure mechanism in the most cost- effective manner.
        • Perform calibration, re- qualification and preventive maintenance ar specified intervals and schedules

        Test Technician - Flextronics Technology Indonesia


          Responsibilities:
          • Develop, maintain and improve all test and burn - in processes within areas of responsibility.
          • Period cally review all process specifications to determine accuracy in the process requirements and test techniques.
          • Update specifications as required.
          • Ensure test and burn - in processes are within safety standards, ISO - 9000 and BABT compliance.
          • Consistently review quality fields and develop corrective actions to eliminate any field detractors, further improve the process and product reliability.

          Requirements:
          • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or its equivalent (D3)
          • Minimum 2 year related working experience in a similar manufacturing environment
          • Proficiency in the English language both written and oral is essential.
          • Applicants must be willing to work in Batam.
