Through this 10 months development program at mining sites in our organization, the employee will be able to understand thoroughly the coal mining industry, how it operates, and thus, will be able to develop skills, knowledge and working attitude needed in the industry. The Employee will be entitled to receive living allowances, incentives, full-board accommodation, and medical coverage according to organization’s standard.

- Bachelor Degree from Information Technology, Information System, Psychology, Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Legal with minimum GP 3.00
- Graduated not more than 2 years from your University
- Proficient in English
- Computer Literate
- Have Good Non Academic Achievements during Campus Life
- Dynamic, persistent, collaborative, great can-do attitude, flexible, comfortable facing Senior Management
