HSE Officer (Code: HSE)

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that Project/Site HSE plans and procedures are properly implemented on site during operations.
Liaise continuously with the workforce and supervision on HSE issues. Intervene at any unsafe act or condition. Communicate HSE matter to workforce.
Requirements:
▪ Preferably bachelor/diploma degree in Health and Safety Department
▪ Minimum 5 years field experiences as a HSE Officer in the Oil and Gas sector preferably in a fabrication yard
▪ Having strong knowledge about high risk fabrication activity such as heavy lifting, confined space, working at height
▪ Certified AK3 or K3 by KEMENAKERTRANSRI
▪ Strong leadership, fair English oral and written communication skills

Safety Engineer (Code: SE)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety Management. Develop with HSE support documentations (Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis) in collaboration with Construction Department. Issue HSE Reports, review HSE Statistics. Analyze and plan HSE training need
Requirements:
▪ Preferably bachelor/diploma degree in health and safety Department
▪ Minimum 7 years experiences as HSE Engineer in Oil and Gas sector preferably in Fabrication Yard
▪ Having relevant experience with HSE documentations such as Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, HSE Inspection…
▪ Having experience in incident investigation through root cause analysis other method
▪ Experience in HSE Statistics & training analysis and reporting

Mechanical QC Inspector (Code: Mec QC)

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site collecting the relevant records.
Ensure that all mechanical operation are executed in accordance with the relevant Codes and Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans
Requirements:
▪ Degree / Diploma (3 yrs.) in mechanical / Metallurgical / production Engineering
▪ At least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Inspector position
▪ Static and rotary equipment inspection experience are mandatory
▪ Well versed the common practice of preservation of various vessels, tanks, pump , motor etc. are widely used for Oil and gas field
▪ Well versed the usage of modern instrument to cross verify
Material QC Inspector (Code: Mat QC)

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site collecting the relevant records.
Ensure that management of inspections, material certifications and quality records relevant to project materials during construction and erection works, are executed in accordance with the relevant Codes and Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans.
Requirements:
▪ Diploma in any discipline or graduate in any field
▪ At least 4 years’ experience as a Material QC Inspector
▪ Must be familiar with various international standard related to material inspection
▪ Well versed in various international code and standard like ASME, AWS, API, BS, EN etc
Coating, Painting QC Inspector (Code: CP QC)

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant records
Ensure that all Coating and Painting operation are executed in accordance with the relevant Codes and standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/ Inspection Test Plans.
Requirements:
▪ Degree / Diploma in mechanical / metallurgical / material or chemical engineering
▪ At least 4 years’ experience as a Coating QC Inspector
▪ Certified NACE level - 2, BGAS Level II, FROSIO
▪ Well versed in Quality control activities & wide international standard knowledge as an Inspector
Dimensional QC Inspector (Code: DCI)
Quantity Required : 4
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the dimensional inspection and Quality Control activities on site, collecting the relevant records.
Ensure that all dimensional operation are executed in accordance with all relevant engineering drawings, fabrication specification, Codes, Standards, and Subsidiaries procedures, Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans
Requirements:
▪ Degree / Diploma in Civil / mechanical / production in Engineering
▪ Total minimum 9 years’ experience and 6 years in offshore structural activities
▪ Using of Total station ( Leica / Top com), various optical levels, Utilization of various software etc.
▪ Well versed all office software, AutoCAD, Etc.
▪ Must be familiar to collect data from site and produce the report from the system.
Calibration Technician (Code: CT)
Quantity Required : 3
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-house calibration as well as prepare the report ; Welding machines, Electrode/Flux Stabilizing oven, Quiver based on related project procedure/requirement.
Prepare external calibration for all other items : Multi meter, Clamp meter, and Thermometer
To ensure that the equipment used for the related project are in valid calibration status
Requirements:
▪ Diploma in mechanical / Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
▪ At least 5 years’ experience as a Calibration Technician position
▪ Well versed with various international standard related to calibration
Training Coordinator (Code: TC)

Key Responsibilities:
Organize the methodology in order to collect the HSE training needs. Organize training course schedule. Standardize the training course catalogue
Requirements:
▪ Diploma or Degree from any discipline or graduate in any field

Manage the execution of prefabrication activities (structural, piping) and assembling of elementary parts to be released for the erection activities
