Network Architect (Radio Access Network)
Job Role:
The main role of RAN Network Architects is to devise Network Master Plan, which will govern the development of the company’s network infrastructure.
In order to devise Network Master Plan, RAN Network Architects must carefully consider Business and Technology requirements, and then applying network design principles to develop the existing network in light of the requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
• Preferably M.Sc. (IT/Telecoms/EE), minimally B.Sc. (IT/Telecoms/EE) degree
• A minimal of 5-years working experience in relevant network design departments in the telecommunication industry
• Preferably having work experience in a number of companies in the telecommunication industry
• Fluency in English is required
• Strong verbal and written communication is essential
• Strong problem analysis & solving skills
• Strong ability to convince decision makers
• Motivated, curious,& inquisitive to learn new things
• Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts

Senior Radio Network Optimization Engineer
Job Role:
• Developing the Optimization Strategy and translate strategy into optimization activity
• Manage Proactive optimization campaign
• Analyzes the performance of the radio network interfaces with the purpose to identify and implement network design changes (Hardware and Software) aim to improve the network performance and/or efficiency.
• Securing that the optimization team assigned to the campaign delivers on target (time and quality).
• Review the network performance in order to define the lack with target and defining the optimization activity
• Review the feature required and roadmap to improving network performance and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and improve the quality of the network infrastructure
• Maintain and improve End 2 End quality of the offer radio network services
• Perform coordination with other department for improving radio network quality with target is to achieve of main KPI (increasing of call setup success rate and reducing of call drop rate also reducing of network blocking) for all Indosat Radio Network (2G and 3G Network) and customer satisfaction

• Preferably having work experience in the telecommunication industry

• In depth knowledge of GSM, UMTS, WLAN and LTE network principles and design;
• In depth knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities;
• In depth analysis of Network Problems assigned to Network Optimization
• Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices;
• Good knowledge of / experience with optimization process and strategy
• Good knowledge of / experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile networks;
• Good knowledge of / experience with running a RFI/RFQ process and managing external suppliers.
• In-depth knowledge of transmission concepts, topologies and network architectures
• Good knowledge of / experience with telecommunications principles and practices
• Good knowledge of / experience with processes and tooling involved in the planning and operation of mobile/fixed networks
