Process Engineer
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Process simulation of physical fluid properties
• Steady state computer simulation of the process
• Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
• Design of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
• Safety Analysis and review
• Process Equipment Sizing
• Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
• Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
Gas compression
Sales gas metering
Utilities
Performing process studies (eg. Hydrate, corrosion, blow down, radiation)

Requirements:
• Hold a recognized degree in Chemical engineering• Have an experience on process design engineering in the offshore oil and gas industry form minimum of 5 (five) years
• Fluent in Indonesian & English Language (oral & written)
• Have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in:
• Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice such as API, ANSI, ISA, ASME, NACE, etc.
• Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equations of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (C1 – C6 and C7+) H2, C02, H2S, H20, C7+ characterization.
• Steady state computer simulation of the process (such as Hysis, Pipesym, Flarenet, others).
• Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through subsea pipeline.
• Designing of appropriate systems to meet the requirements.
• Process Equipment Sizing
• Process philosophy, cause & effect study.
• Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs, process criteria data and process data sheet for following systems:
