Chartering (Sales) Manager (Subject Email : Chartering (Sales) Manager)
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
• Male/Female, max. 40 years.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in All major from reputable University
• Experience at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field (managerial position) is mandatory for this position.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and implement business ddevelopmentand sales strategy to achieve company strategy
• Managing commercial team performance to achieve optimum productivity trough
o Ensuring all process required by commercial team are aligned
o Conduct coaching for performance to improve commercial team member performance
o Monitoring budget
o Working together with HR to improve team member engagement
• Managing customer relationship management

Required skill(s):
1. Proven track in business to business sales,
2. PTK007 Migas,
3. Charter party (TC, Voyage charter), Tender oil and Gas
4. Leadership, Costumer management, Project management.

Marine Supply & Logistic Manager (Subject Email : Marine Supply & Logistic Manager)

Requirements:
• Male/Female, max. 40 years.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in All major from reputable University
• Experience at least 2 years in same field

Responsibilities:
• Managing customer relationship management
• Know and able to carry out the tendering process of procurement of goods or services
• Analysis related the contract with the supplier
• Able to develop strategies and inventory policies
• Able to make a plan or making strategy process vessel certificate renewal
• Able to negotiations and solutions with external parties in terms of permits and certificates of vessel or cargo
• Managing best strategy for the ship, cargo and crew.
