The core work in Information & Decision Solutions (IDS) is focused on:
  • Lead and own the architecture, design and development of solutions that bridge the gap between the business and technology.
  • Work with technical experts around the world (both within P&G & external suppliers) on understanding and applying the right solution to the right problem.
  • Develop a collaborative and healthy relationship with P&G's external suppliers of technology and services to create maximum benefits on both sides of the partnership.
  • Ensure that all services supplied back to P&G are delivered with quality and accuracy, continuously raising the bar on delivery standards.
  • Overall Job Objective (Purpose): Lead in designing and delivering IT infrastructure services for ASEAN Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam) within Asia region. Success is measured in the individual's ability to provide best-in-class, safe, secure and productive working environment at the lowest possible cost, enabling P&G employees and contractors to focus their effort exclusively on building the P&G business.
Qualifications:
  • This is a managerial position which is accountable for defining the IT strategic direction for our business, and importantly adding measurable business values through the management of IT infrastructure, systems and services. The work we do is business and employee focused, challenging and it involves governance of our strategic suppliers (including HP, BT and Fuji Xerox) to deliver operational excellence.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact and gain exposure across all levels of the organization, as well as develop externally recognized and marketable skills. The Delivery & Operations manager will have the opportunity to make a visible impact to the business by:
  • Lead / facilitate a multi-partner Service Management team that manages IT Infrastructure & Digital Workplace initiatives impacting business users.
  • As Overall Operations and Governance leader, Candidate should be able to provide direction and set the right strategy for the area.
  • Lead Projects that involves both engineering resources and drive employee productivity. Understands how each service contributes to the projects and be able to match the skills to various needs of the projects. As overall project leader, candidate should be able to set direction, negotiate alignment, facilitate resolution to issues and drive whole team to a common goal. This person needs to own overall project schedule, resource plan, funding and scope / cost / procurement / risk / change management processes as a project leader and single point of contact to the customer team.
  • Ability to manage a Project Management service provider to deliver projects as well as help build their capability on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide Financial management governance to project teams / customers for the projects and processes, including managing / overseeing the recommendations.
  • Ability to evaluate current work processes and identify continuous improvements will be expected from the candidate on an ongoing basis. Any experience on work process simplification or innovation, and ability to adapt or lead changes are essential.
  • he candidate should be very strong in Leadership, Thinking and Act Decisively and Operation Discipline, with potential ability to become a leader in P&G business.
  • Education: Undergraduate or Master’s degree with educational background or experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics / Mathematics, IT, Economics, Business Management / Engineering.
  • Technical skills: Strong Project Management skill (prefer PMP certification) and Service Management. Experienced in Project Management and management / working with external suppliers is preferred.
  • Work Experience: Up to 6 years of managerial level experience.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership & Collaboration, Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Project Management and thinking / problem solving skills, innovative with good personal collaboration skills. Strong networking skills, demonstrated ability to work independently and ability to manage multiple priorities
