Responsibilities:
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
• Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
• Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
• Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Requirements:
• Age Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from Psychology with GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have experience as tester of Psychological tests (Kraeplin, CFIT, DISC, Grafis Tes)
• Have knowledge of Competency Base Interview is a plus
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills

Research & Development Staff
Responsibilities:
• check raw ingredients for maturity or stability for processing and finished products for safety, quality, and nutritional value.
• Inspect food processing areas to ensure compliance with government regulations and standards for sanitation, safety, quality, and waste management standards.
• Evaluate food processing and storage operations and assist in the development of quality assurance programs for such operations.
• Study methods to improve aspects of foods, such as chemical composition, flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, and convenience.
• Stay up-to-date on new regulations and current events regarding food science by reviewing scientific literature.
• Test new products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional content, and adherence to government and industry standards.
• Develop food standards and production specifications, safety and sanitary regulations, and waste management and water supply specifications.
• Develop new or improved ways of preserving, processing, packaging, storing, and delivering foods, using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and other sciences.
• Confer with process engineers, plant operators, flavor experts, and packaging and marketing specialists to resolve problems in product development.
• Study the structure and composition of food or the changes foods undergo in storage and processing.
Requirements:
• Maximum 28 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Food Technology
• Experience minimum 1 years as R&D Staff or Production supervision in food & beverage / catering industrial company / Fresh Graduate
• Have Knowledge of food processing, GHP, GMP, HACCP, & ISO 22000
• Have knowledge of Food Engineering, Statistic Analysis and Research Methodology
