Material Planner - Jakarta
Job Description:
- Responsible on managing MRP (Material Resource Planning) for end to end material planning and do follow up to ensure materials availability in support to agreed production (all plants and co-packers in regard of assigned SKUs)
- Monitor vendors performance while continuously leading process improvements for good delivery, cost, and inventory
- Do alignment within materials forecast and supplier capacity
- Do materials supply management in order to support specific events
- Continuously improve internal process and system to support planning
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having a good communication skill
- Good in English, written and spoken
- Having excellent skills on Microsoft Office
- Having knowledge in Material Planning and Supply Chain
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Material Planning / Supply Chain or equivalent.

Job Description:
- Operate production machines in accordance with SOP ranging from ensure rquired materials and production support to make sure the machine parameters in accordance with the SOP to ensure the achievement of production plan with the appropriate quality standards
- Control the required production material availability and conduct material ABC checking to fit the with material specification and ensure the produced products quality in accordance with the standards
- Perform cleaning, sanitation, inspection, lubrication, tightening and repair both minor Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance in accordance with the SOP
- Prepare complete and accurate data records to ensure the inter-shift handover process runs smoothly
- Minimum Vocational School graduate, Diploma graduate (Electrical Engineering) or similar
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the fields of electrical and mechanical engineering
- Staff positions (non-management & non-supervisor) specialist in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering fields or similar
- Understand the production machinery operational (working principle, maintenance, and trouble shooting)
- Understanding the basic mechanical and electrical instruments
- Able to communicate and work in teams with good
- Accurate and thorough in reporting
- Able to solve problems
- Understand English
- Maximum age 26 years old
