Head of Tax

Job Requirements:
• Candidates are preferably graduates from STAN (Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara). Master Degree (S2) is Preferable
• Male/Female 30-40 years old
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field in an international oil & gas upstream company in Indonesia
• Fluent in English

Job Description
• Prepare, compile and review all taxes report & tax planning
• Handle all taxes problems
• Analyze and identify the tax effects of all company transactions
• Recommends ways to minimize corporate taxes through use of tax law and regulation. May administer international tax laws and regulations
• Give advice to necessary changes in internal procedures to fulfill the tax law changes
• Participates in annual audits and special projects. Work with Head Office, consultants and auditors to provide required information and assistance
• Maintains current knowledge of all taxes and customs laws & regulations affecting the company
• Works in respect of Company Code of Ethic and Governance
