Lowongan Kerja PT Elnusa Tbk started as a state-owned oil and gas PT Pertamina’s operations support services company. Its services include maintenance and reparation of Pertamina’s vessel shipboard electronic communications equipment, navigational equipment and radar system. Oil tankers owned by other companies working under contract with Indonesia state-owned oil and gas companies were also part of Elnusa clientele.

PT Elnusa Tbk are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. Marine Buyer

Main Responsibilities:
To handle the procurement process for marine business

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Naval Engineering
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in shipyard or similar business
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Willing to be located at Balikpapan for several time
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Good analytical thinking
• Able to use MS Office

2. Recruitment Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
• To handle the operational recruitment process in order to ensure all the recruitment processes are being implemented according to man power planning & company policy and procedure
• To handle the sourcing activity in order to ensure the availability of talent pool candidates
• To conduct the psychological test and psychological report of the candidate

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree (S2) / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
